How BalanceBloom protects your data

Your privacy matters deeply to us. BalanceBloom is built around trust, and we only collect what's needed to support your daily rhythm. This policy explains what information we gather, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
Your data is used solely to personalise AI responses to your emotional state and goals, and to improve the overall app experience. We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising.
BalanceBloom uses a small number of trusted providers to operate the app. Each provider only receives the data needed to deliver its part of the service.
You're always in control of your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, and your information will be removed from our systems. If you prefer, you can also email us to request deletion.
BalanceBloom is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we will respond promptly.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
